I Am Therefore I Think
I am, therefore I think,
a being sentient, aware,
a Soul, a Mind, a Body
all born of Spirit-
that Consciousness
creating all that is
this Cosmic Dream
of Life, the One in Many
creating and evolving,
being and becoming…
I am, therefore I think,
a being sentient, aware of
Life within this Body
that I wear like clothing
for a while before I’m gone,
a life among so many
yet all a part of Only One.

N. B. Descartes understanding expressed as ‘I think, therefore, I am.’ is a perspective that I perceive as ‘putting the cart before the horse’. Part of the trinity of Soul, Mind, Body, it is the Soul in control whatever the Mind may think. Eventually, even the Soul returns to the Great Oneness of Spirit, Home at last to either stay or continue on. The Ego Mind is simply a part of a Greater Intelligence when seen from a higher Consciousness- the stuff of Creation.
