We Can Change

All that we are is a result
of what we have thought and felt,
thought and felt…
Yet, in a moment we can change,
we can change…
Every tree is known by its fruit
as we are known by what we love,
what we love…
Yet, in a moment we can change,
we can change…
Every choice has consequences
rippling through one and all,
one and all…
Every moment we can change,
we can change…
Change is ever constant, ‘fast’ or ‘slow’,
‘fast’ or ‘slow’…
Life’s transforming energy in motion,
energy in motion…
Consciousness, ever, ever,
has grace and power to change,
has freedom and power to change.
We are free to change…
