Snowy Walk by the Lake

A walk along Lake Temiskaming recently
There’s the slightest hint of lake in the background
A veil of mist over the lake
An otherworldly scene
I just let my camera show me what it saw with no edits by me
Yes, I really liked this spot by the lake
The land seemed to float between water and sky
There’s the faintest hint of the Quebec side of the lake
By the shores of Lake Temiskaming
Haileybury is part of Temiskaming Shores here in Northeastern Ontario
One of my last snowy evening shots by the lake before walking up the hill to home

The Way The Light…

Haileybury October sky
Belle Vallee harvest time
Rouyn-Noranda sunlight and storm
sunlight on Lake Temiskaming
Haileybury moonlight
Blanche River sun and clouds

What Rocked the Boat?

This is simply fiction because I was asked not to tell this story except as fiction, so don’t believe it happened, please.

We swim in a world of mystery.

Living By The Lake

Living by Lake Timiskaming and boating through its many moods both day and night, I savour the pleasant adventures.

We also sometimes boat a short way up Wabi Creek and pretend it’s the Amaxon River. It’s not hard to imagine with the high heat we have been experiencing.
