Wild Dance

Wild Dance
Deanna dances with wild abandon,
robed with mist moonlight
and the magical mysteries
of velvet night and sequined stars.
She moves to the energy rhythms
of changing moods, love tides,
and sense storms swirling within her.
Then she opens her arms at last
to the quiet applause of Nature
as snowflakes gently descend
with angel-kisses for her face.

My Gift

My Gift
Beloved Lord, Divine Love,
once again
I have nothing to offer You but myself…
I stand in Your Presence
putting away the robe of pride…
You see beyond the robe and the flesh…
You see my sacrifice and my love—
and once again—
You respond with Your comforting embrace
and the sacred ‘kiss’ of ecstasy,
that holy ‘kiss’ of Spirit
whose ‘fire’ consumes my little gift of me
in acceptance of Unity—
I in You and You in me—
aware of only Oneness, Mystic Love,
Your most sacred Present of all.
