May We Remember

Grateful Harvest
Beloved Creator, Life,
I am grateful for Family
and our Family of Humanity.
May all our conflicts cease
that we may Live in Peace.
I am grateful for Friends.
Though they be few,
may they be True.
I am grateful for all that’s Good
and Healthy in water, drink and food,
clean air and soil that nurtures,
the basic needs for Living
that all be Healthy too.
May we act on sound Solutions
to destructions and pollutions
that we Be Well on Earth.
I am grateful for such things
as rain and snow, wind and sunshine-
not too little, not too much.
May our Consciousness Create
a Global Climate of Well Being-
Humanity ever more grateful
to reap what we sow.

We are a primitive species continually fighting wars on our precious, little planet.
This is Canada’s Remembrance Day 2020. This morning I remembered a poem written by a Canadian physician Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae in May 1915 after the death of a friend. My Grandmother wrote it in her autograph book in 1919. She had served as a volunteer in a hospital for wounded soldiers in Leeds where she met my Grandfather.
We easily forget the horrors of war and are led like sheep to slaughter over and over again. Those not killed carry the memories and cellular memories through their descendants.
Everyone believes they have ‘just cause’ in every war. Those beings who choose to not go to the Light feast on the energy of fear and the suffering of the living. They are the unseen influences that prey on our species in scripturally described feasts of wrath, blood and revenge.
The inevitable result of wars is that those who arm one or both sides or all sides become richer and more powerful. Sometimes one elite simply replaces another as in all revolutions. Then history shows us that corruption thrives once again with those in power.
The chess board of war games has been played far too long. It’s time to value Life and stop this primitive behaviour as we evolve.

War
carves
horror
into
every
cell.
New
cells
bear
crosses
of
old
memories.
The
body
does
not
forget
traumas
it
has
known.
The
record
remains
in
all
who
stand
or
fall.
Emotions
buried
deep
transmit
signals
still.
All
Wars
of
ages
past
are
with
us
even
now.
The
Earth
does
not
forget,
nor
does
Humanity.
What
we
choose
to
be
and
do
becomes
our
legacy,
War
on
War
on
War
!

Our Remembrance Day
When Freedom whispers in our ear
this message so joyfully clear-
“No one is superior. No one is inferior.
Every better way is just another way.”
What do we think? What do we say?
Do such ideas seem too strange,
fearing how they’d bring great change?
When Life whispers in our ear
this message so joyfully clear-
“The profits of Peace far outweigh
the gains of War that Powers play.
Conflict and Conquest profit so few.
It’s your Beliefs still killing you.”
What if all we’re taught is wrong?
What if God said all along-
“No one is superior. No one is inferior.
Every better way is just another way.”
What do we think? What do we say?
Do such ideas seem too strange,
fearing how they’d bring great change?
When Love whispers in our ear
this message so joyfully clear-
“All things are one thing. Only One.
Everything is Source Energy.
Everything is a Unity. Everything is one.
All Life is One.”
I respond, “Yes! We’re all One.
No one is superior. No one is inferior.
Every better way is just another way.
In the wonder of Diversity,
let’s Remember We’re All One!”
