Snowy Walk by the Lake

A walk along Lake Temiskaming recently
There’s the slightest hint of lake in the background
A veil of mist over the lake
An otherworldly scene
I just let my camera show me what it saw with no edits by me
Yes, I really liked this spot by the lake
The land seemed to float between water and sky
There’s the faintest hint of the Quebec side of the lake
By the shores of Lake Temiskaming
Haileybury is part of Temiskaming Shores here in Northeastern Ontario
One of my last snowy evening shots by the lake before walking up the hill to home

Christ and Krishna

Though I don’t speak for Christ nor for Krishna, I do know what they would say as it’s the same core-message God sends over and over throughout the ages.

Reborn and Resurrected

…a Son of God…
…travelled and trained…
…teaching Peace and Compassion…
…Spirit triumphant as ever before…
…that Gift of Omnipresence…

How Swiftly The Years

… the past compressed underground…

How Swiftly The Years

How swiftly the years fall into each other,

the past compressed underground

in layered deposits of Memories.

Some remain hidden, others found

of use, or not, as Life continues

circling ‘round Earth’s fleeting Ages,

years under water or under ground.
