my love for Him
shines on through
storms and strifes of every kind,
as His Peace within I find.

and surprising, coloured harmonies
swirling about her being.
Patti is a jazz tune
with a range of dark, deep thunders
and high note wails of leashed wildness
stretched so taut you hold your breath
