Dog In A Garden

We rarely weep the passing

of the ‘powers that be’

into our World’s history

but you won our hearts,

a Dog in a Garden Show-

a canine personality,

a character with dignity

and aura of nobility…

Nigel, when you passed

many a tear did flow.

My daughter and I have a little balcony garden but we garden ‘vicariously’ with the British Gardening Show on YouTube as well. Nigel was a Dog Star. Still is.
