Our Story Writers know
their Power…Power…Power…

Like
a spaceship
to the skies…
Like a spaceship to the skies,
we shall rise. We shall rise!
With a love of all Humanity,
we’ll be free. We WILL be FREE!
We’ll cast off thoughts of fear and strife
for a true, sustaining LOVE OF LIFE.
We’ll leave the realms of Fear behind
to explore the best of heart and mind.
We’ll journey far amidst the stars-
not to bring old plagues of wars
or exploit with all-consuming greed
(disguised dark deeds as ‘justified’ need).
We’ll be the best that we can be,
offering LIFE our service with integrity.
We’ll embrace THE GREAT UNKNOWN
remembering the SPIRIT OF LOVE as ‘HOME’,
showing the Universe how we’ve grown.
As we go humbly, deeper, to Grace within
we’ll forgive ‘guilt-trips’ of shame and sin.
We’ll bring to the heavens, Heaven within.
We’ll bring to the heavens, Peace within.
Like a spaceship to the skies,
we shall rise. We shall rise
to where we all can clearly see
LIFE as one vast and glorious Unity
experiencing ITSELF in wondrous Diversity.
Differences and similarities, we’ll celebrate,
leaving behind all fear and hate.
We’ll rise to free ourselves at last,
moving beyond our primitive past
and the shadows it once cast.
We’ll save the best of LOVE EXPRESSED
and just let go of all the rest
with gratitude for lessons learned
through consequences of Karma earned
by nations and persons put to the test,
finding their way to LOVE at last.
We shall not fail in our ascent
when LOVE OF LIFE is our intent.
Great adventures await Humankind
as limits and boundaries no longer bind
to slavish world views we will outgrow-
beyond beliefs that we now know-
evolving and creating as we go.
To higher truths we will ascend-
no lesser dogmas to defend.
Like a spaceship to the skies,
we shall rise. We shall rise
to where we all can clearly see
LIFE as ONE, a wondrous UNITY!

and watermelon
open to whisper
their presence
with evocative
cool sweetness
scents
so like the
subtle scent
that whispers
through woods
and fields
foretelling
Fall’s first snow
the mind begins
to wonder
but the senses
already know
the mind begins
to wonder
will we let
our greed
consume us
as we breathe
polluted air
when does need
transform to greed
when is
so much more
enough
what fragrance
will we gift
our future Earth
to wear
phlox blossoms
and watermelon
faintly whisper
when is
so much more

Is Race, Religion, or Country your pride
while all others you deride?
Do Cultural Prejudices rule and guide
the Social Laws where you reside?
Do Ancient World Views and Feuds divide
and lead to Human Rights denied?
When will you, you, decide
too many have suffered, too many have died?
When will you, you, provide
your World with hope of Love Applied?
Life creates each and every form
in constant change. You’ll be reborn.
Perhaps into all you now despise.
Perhaps into all you now deride.
Then will you, you, decide
too many have suffered, too many have died?

Blessed and beloved Nature
birthed and sustained by
this great and glorious Being
we call our Mother Earth-
we are one with you
and you are one with us.
Our Species, our Humanity,
our growing awareness,
our evolving sentience,
is but part of your Story,
Sacred Nature of Mother Earth.
Your health is our health.
Your well-being is ours.
We are ever and always one.
Our bodies are part of you.
Star-seed and Earth-seed,
we’re all a part of you-
breathing your Air,
drinking your Water,
consuming the food of your Soil.
Our Elements are part of you…
part of all Creatures here,
both great and small.
What conditioned insanities
continually create harm
to our minds and bodies,
our Sacred Nature, Mother Earth?
Help us release our fears
to you, our Beloved Mother Earth.
