Victoria
(Every Winter Ends With Spring- my digital music composition)
Once again the Seasons change.
Winter’s white shroud weighs heavy
on dead leaves and frozen flowers
buried in Canada’s vast land of ice and snow.
Yet Spring comes early to where I live.
Today, Victoria and I walk leisurely
among visiting crowds so eager to see
her scattered rainbows of flowers,
rain-jewelled shrubs, ever-festive holly,
towering guard trees, favoured paths,
and wave-kissed coastal shores.
Everywhere we look, there are cameras
opening their eyes wide
to view the feasts of visual splendour.
I stroll along lush green grass
and watch in silence and wonder
as Victoria smiles with gracious poses.
Queen with a flower-gemmed crown,
this Spirit of Spring, my companion,
walks leisurely with me.

A great Peace came over her
as she gazed at the Stars and thought.
We are all DivinEnergyseed—
the CreativEnergy of Life
inhabiting and exploring Physicality.
We are the Stardust of the Heavens.
Every Atom and Cell we call our own
is the Universe Evolving—
breathing in and breathing out.
Within us the Universe of Galaxies
laughs and cries, aspires and intends.
Within us Intelligence is Aware
and sees Itself everywhere,
in every Atom, every Cell, everywhere.
We are all One!

There’s an illness of the mind
that ever seeks to find
anti-christs in disguise
as loving, truthful, and wise.
There’s an illness of the mind
that ever seeks to find
demons and devils to blame
and innocents to shame.
There’s an illness of the mind
that ever seeks to find
power through fear and dread,
rights crushed by greed instead.
Lord, heal the minds of those who kill
convinced, assured, it is Your Will.
Lord, heal the minds of those who hate
when Heaven is Love and a peaceful state.

The Stars Invite
The Stars Invite
(Universe One- my digital music composition)
I have always loved the Stars
that light the endless paths of Space.
I ever long to travel and explore
my passion for the Great Unknown.
Like Hatshepsut, I rest beneath the Stars,
symbols on a ceiling above my humble bed.
I lie beneath the Stars and laugh at Death,
surrounded by treasures of latest travels
to leave to children who call me ‘Mummy’.
Singing strange songs that still resonate,
the Stars invite to stretch my limits
to frequencies spiraling inward and outward-
Life’s Energy moving in every direction.
With child-like heart, I delight to wonder,
‘Which way now?’ and ‘What Adventure awaits?’
