A Little Prayer

A Little Prayer

Beloved Creator
of ALL Souls everywhere,
hear this little prayer I pray.
Rebirth all males of every place,
every religion, and every race
back as females of THAT place,
THAT religion, and THAT race.
Rebirth all females of every place,
every religion, and every race
back as males of THAT place,
THAT religion, and THAT race.
Then help us ALL find the way
to live Life TRULY in Love’s Grace.

Gender Plus

Love In Life

Gender Plus
We are all ONE. We are ALL one.
The elegant truth is ‘We are ALL ONE’,
a unity in diversity, expressions of ONE.
Human diversity- beautiful differences–
differences, not ‘superiorities’, enriching Life
are treasures of experience, divine creations,
evidence of Life’s Self-sustaining Purpose
and It’s Self-revealing Intelligence.
Forms evolve and change, sudden or slow…
New creations are birthed from old
through aeons of cycles untold.
We are the stardust ‘aware’.
Energy as Matter constantly recycles,
and continually transforms.
Life is continuous Creation and Re-Creation–
the Evolution of the Great Cosmic Drama.
So, here we are, Life’s novice Co-Creators,
living a short while on little Planet earth.
How did we come to War over differences?
The battles of Gender, power struggles,
prejudices, abuses, and oppressions
darken the history of Evolution here.
Sense of superiority is a folly of ignorance.
Sense of superiority is a folly of ignorance.
Gender is just a cloak of the Soul.
Masculine males and masculine females,
feminine males and feminine females,
innate and adaptive sexuality,
age, race, intelligence,
color, size, and shape–
differences of Gender Plus–
none ‘better’ just ‘different’
divine creations- ALL of us!!

Changing Canadian Society

(Those Held Dear-  my digital music composition)

(Robot Food-  my digital music composition)

Changing Canadian Society

As a child

my world was coloured

by a neighbourly ‘our’.

We left our doors unlocked.

We stood at the fence

and spoke full sentences.

We laughed and joked

with local slang.

I learned to savour

language…

and slowly sip

the beauty of words.

As a youth

my world was colored

by a consuming, wasteful

‘me’ and ‘my’.

We lost our ‘u’

and became

dancing skeletons.

We locked our doors.

Neighbors became

a fast, polite ‘hi’

There were a lot of ‘highs’

in those days.

There were a lot of ‘lows’

in those days too.

We lost trust

in all authority.

We mouthed the words

‘Love’ and ‘Peace’

but grew

suspicious.

As an adult

my world is computer-colored

and abbreviated

in the digital instant.

Here I’m just

another ‘u’

ignoring the sunsets

for endless sites

in cyberspace.

My life is

screened.

My city door

is double-locked.

Neighbors rarely greet

or respond.

Their words

sound hollow

and remote.

In the halls, in the streets,

and at work,

all the cameras,

cards, and computers

record our lives…

How long will they

remember us?

I ponder, amused.

The patient ‘u’ is gone.

Frustrated fingers

begin to tap

for five second receipts.

Full sentences

get tuned out

and go unheard.

There is a frenzy

of finger-clicking

and fast-flapping tongues

everywhere now.

Poetry has become

a dozen words

scrambled

and served

to any meaning.

How will the Robots

digest this?

I silently wonder.

Declaring Love of Poetry

(Close Your Eyes and Ride the Stream-  my digital music composition)

P.B. Shelley

‘They say I was an atheist.

God knows it isn’t true.

I worshipped Him in Nature

with my heart a humble pew!’

I have had an enduring love of Poetry in every timeline of every life on this planet no doubt.

This Shelley says a cheery ‘Hi!

Declaring Love

You (my digital music composition)

Declaring Love

Every thought and feeling
is a dancing colour
and a voiceless sound
declaring what we choose to be
moment to moment
in the ever-changing Now.
No word is spoken
yet you somehow know
how to read
the unseen colours
and the unheard sounds
whenever I choose to be
Love.
