Choosing Our Future

In the Great Hall of Anonymity,
there,
the Altar of Modesty
lies covered, lies covered
with the names and deeds
and blood of many millions
taught to sing the praises
of a man named Mao,
sing praises to the glories
of a man named Mao.
No one mentions
‘The Great Contradiction’-
Mao and Modesty, that is…
No one mentions the madness
of so many dead Sparrows,
the deadly harvest demanded
of Nature’s Children,
and of China’s Children,
all precious lives sacrificed
to the hidden Wealth, Power,
and Agenda
of so very, very few.
Elitism adores Collectivism,
adores
the Power
of absolute authority-
unquestioning obedience-
mass conformity and control.
Its Legacy, everywhere, is ever
death and destruction,
sacrifice and suffering untold…
Does its ‘Modesty’ deny these deeds?
No TRUE ‘Common Good’
of Politics, Religion, or Philosophy
ever stood in the Chamber
of Horror, Terror, and Fear.
Elitism creates and arms
endless games of War,
‘problems’
and ‘solutions’,
games of pain and need and misery
played on our little Planet here.
This ‘ism’
 is not bound
to Capitalism, Communism, Socialism,
or any other ‘ism’ found
in Politics, Religion, or Philosophy,
yet uses all to its own ends.
One World Government?
Domination is NOT Oneness and Unity.
‘Superiority’ is simply Delusion.
‘Separateness’ is just an Illusion.
Domination is NOT Oneness and Unity.
Isn’t it time we let go and lose
unworthy
beliefs and fear-based world views?
We can evolve, if we so choose,
to where we clearly know and see
EVERY LIFE IS PRECIOUS, UNIQUE, EQUAL, AND FREE.

Our Remembrance Day (my digital composition)

Remembrance Day & The War on Freedom

Across all borders around the Earth,
the War on Freedom spreads-
a plague of deceit and lies,
festering wounds of fear and hate,
a world of false ‘security’ and spies.
A nightmare global state,
inhumane and enslaving,
is ruled by the wealthiest few
and the powers behind them too.
We have forgotten something.
God IS Freedom and so are we
remembering who we are,
remembering we are ALL one.
Separateness is an illusion.
Superiority is a delusion.
We’re all Souls just passing through,
gathering Experience as we go.
In all we think and say and do,
we co-create the lives we know.
(Do we think for ourselves
or just recycle programmed thoughts?
Do we exercise God-given rights
or always just obey?
Do we live in courage or in fear
in the few short years we’re here?)
With strength of courage we can say:
Fear shall not rule the nation of our heart,
nor terror command the world in which we live.
If in loss and death we play our part,
then our PRECIOUS lives we’ll gladly give.
Above racist and religious hate we MUST evolve,
united in our values of great worth-
a force for GOOD. Our determination and resolve
shall win its Victory on our Earth.
Flowers shall grow from tears that fall
on the ground of our grief and pain.
For Freedom’s Love we’ll give our all,
knowing that we shall rise again.
Another birth will bring us back
to this world of greed and needless lack,
distorted world views, and myths of old,
persecutions, and corruption’s hold.
If in loss and death we play our part,
then our PRECIOUS lives we’ll gladly give.
For Freedom’s Love we’ll give our all
knowing we shall EVER rise again.

Global Oneness Day- October 24th

Do you hear the birds singing,
each in their own way
announcing the coming of
Global Oneness Day?
Such sweet and solemn singing
is graced with notes of fun
as growing numbers gather,
declaring ‘We are one!’
Shall we be more loving?
Shall we be more kind?
Shall we be more giving
with caring hearts and minds?
Let’s celebrate our Spirit
before the Day is done,
singing of Life’s oneness-
declaring ‘We are one!’
Hear the many messengers,
each in their own way
announcing the coming of
Global Oneness Day.

A Little Child At Play (my digital music composition)

Light

Where is the golden light of the morning
I remember so well
that I played with as a little child
before the school bell called.

Where is the softer light I knew
in childhood’s slower summer days
before the haste of schedules
and anxious adult ways.

When did the daylight turn so harsh.
When did the sky become less blue
and wondrous clouds become less white.
When did bright sunsets dull their hues.

How did sunlit dandelions I so loved
become unwanted, noxious weeds
only good to hunt and kill.
Gone, the radiant joy of their seeds.

When did my crayons begin to lie.
Why, as the hours move ever faster,
do children look greyed and jaded
in a world of ‘disaster to disaster’.

Why do we ‘need’ SO much more than others.
Why do we ‘feed’ anger and fear
to gain a planet of deadly weapons,
evil intent, and ‘dark lords’ here.

What if we choose to change direction.
What if we choose to own this day,
giving children golden mornings,
turning from the darker way.

The Country Cottage

What is this magic that inspires and charms?
The smell of herbs and spices float in air
around painted fruit and florals here and there.
Quiet and calm, the busy pace slowed down,
we are invited to just simply ‘Be’.
No clocks-Time is measured by songbirds now.
What is the charm of a Country Cottage
if not the gathered flowers and plants inside
where Nature and Harmony abide
amidst furnishings creating a Home.
Light and shadows, changing colours entertain.
What is the charm of a Country Cottage
if not the flowers, grasses, vines, and trees
that enchant with Beauty’s power to please
the Soul and Senses awakened to Life.
Gone is the world of greed and endless strife,
beliefs that kill, and all-consuming ‘need’.
This life in a Country Cottage is rich indeed…
Earth in the Heavens… and Heaven on Earth.
