I find it healthy to step away from world events even for a while to stay balanced mentally and emotionally so I sometimes detach through hobbies I enjoy.
I found this lovely embroidery on canvas material in a thrift shop a while back. Someone created this with much care so I wonder how it ended up where I found it. I hope to add it to something I can wear. Perhaps on a poncho of some kind.
My latest weaving is displayed here on my coffee table before I mail it to Ontario where I’ll soon place it in a large frame for a bedroom wall in my son’s house.
