Sea of Thoughts

I swim in a Sea of Thoughts,

many Thoughts by others,

many Thoughts all of my own.

I often tread on the Surface-

that Everyday Consciousness

weathered by Sunlight and Storm,

shared by or with others

Communicating the ‘norm’

in clearly Calm or Troubled Sea.

Sometimes I avoid ugly Pollution

moved by Emotions that I see

as Tidal Waves of Confusion,

Waves of Conflict and Misery,

high Waves on a Sea of Thoughts.

Sometimes I just float Free

resting in Peace and Serenity.

Sometimes I choose to dive Deep

into Thoughts by others mixed

with Thoughts all my own

down into the Deeper Unknown

or Deep Thoughts already Known-

Thoughts others Explore as well.

Within the Deep and Deeper

exists a World of Strange Beauty

where glimpses of Thought-forms

dwell adept to thrive under Pressure-

ones creating their own Inner Light

or staying well-hidden out of sight

till stirred by Curious Delight.

Fascinated by this Strange Beauty

exciting Imagination through Wonder,

I let go my Fears through Love.

Sometimes I will even Wonder

if through Respect and Empathy,

I could swim in Alien Seas.

Bio-Gems

We are all Triune Beings,

Sentient Bio-Gems

of the Creator Life Itself-

that Prime Source Spirit

of Purest Love and Light

Creating and Recreating

through the Wondrous, Glorious

Nature of Itself- Visible Nature

of Formless, Invisible Spirit-

Many-Faceted, Sparkling

Consciousness Energy

Pervading Myriad Forms.

We are all Triune Beings,

Sentient Bio-Gems,

Souls Co-Creating Ourselves

through Wondrous Light-

that Sparkling Energy

Ever-Moving, Exploring Itself

as Light-Spectrums of Mind

through Functions of Brain

and Colour-Spectrums of Emotions

that Move to Free or Bind,

Enriching Our Understandings,

Experiencing Our Lives.

We are all Triune Beings,

Sentient Bio-Gems,

Bodies of Mysteries and Senses,

of Taken-For-Granted Wonders,

Cohesive Atomic Structures

Appearing Solid and Firm

yet Carrying Quantum-Space,

Carrying Liquids and Gases, Bodies

Appearing Solid and Firm and

then Disappearing From Sight-

Each Body a Universe In Itself,

Parts of the Cosmic Universe,

Reappearing in Constant Change.

We are Sentient Bio-Gems-

Wonders of Life, Wonders of God,

all Beautiful to Behold,

Beginning to Understand…

Child’s Play

Well, here I am at 72

playing with Art,

carefree as a Child

creating Art for Fun,

finding Joy in Process,

spontaneous, having Fun.

Others may Judge it,

the before and after,

the start to the finished,

but Ego and Mind aside,

I don’t see it being

either Good or Bad,

Right or Wrong in execution,

Amateurish or Professional,

something to value

with praise or money,

or something to trash,

not good enough

when I am done.

Well, to be honest,

my Ego and Mind

may yet jump on it,

this Child’s Play Art,

may turn my Joy

into Cold Judgment,

deciding its Good or Bad,

but for now it’s

a Creative Present

from Me to Me

and I’m just having

Fun.

Shy Amaryllis

This Amaryllis prefers soft candlelight to harsh glare. (She whispered her preference to me. She also prefers a bit of distance from harmful fire and heat and bows humbly even with a little support.) Amaryllis

Amaryllis flowering on my table asked me to take this portrait. It is but one of her blooming sides- like people showing different aspects of their creativity and personality. I took this photo with my cellphone this morning giving it candlelight and a touch more ‘drama’ using a bit of blackpoint in the editing functions. I particularly like how the candlelight highlights the little bits of natural ‘fairydust’ that is part of her beauty. I’ll post another photo of her on my new WordPress site FlowerpoetShelley as well. Twice the fun!!
