Hate

Hate is a mental illness—

the most destructive kind

that deadens the Heart

and poisons the Mind.

Hate spreads like a deadly virus

infecting much of Mankind

when Fear controls emotions

and actions are unkind,

uncaring, unloving, unjust,

harming all it finds…

Hate feeds a Shadow World

where ‘Living and Dead’ both dwell,

a Realm of All Fears,

all Illusions and Delusions,

Deceptions and Lies…

Here Love becomes a Shadow,

twisted to what it’s not—

violent anger, desired revenge,

a destructive Whirlwind

of Misery and Death…

A deadly Weapon of Energy

formed in thoughts and emotions,

in cultivated, distorted,

warped World Views,

Hate kills the Joy of Life

and Peace of many Lives.

This is both a poem and a prayer.

Let go your deadly weapons of Fear

and all destructive harm they bear.

Free yourself of every belief

that leads to others’ pain and grief.

Disarm your thoughts of prejudice

killing Goodwill through Injustice.

Rise out of Hate’s violent insanity.

You can be the Hope of Humanity.

Be loving, kind, gentle and caring.

Value all lives, freely sharing.

Celebrate Life’s great Diversity.

Celebrate Life, expressing Unity.

Be courageous, free and strong.

Be the blessings for which you long.

Release ‘old stories’. Make your Peace.

If not, your Wars will soon increase.

Gather yourselves to the arms of Love

here on Earth and in the Heavens above.

I am truly sorry to have just learned of the sad news of the Islamic family who were killed in London, Ontario recently. We Canadians are generally a tolerant and inclusive society. Such events still shock us and we are not numb to the news of such occurrences globally. I humbly pray for a peaceful healing.

Our Minds are silver Starlight.

Our Hearts are golden Suns.

Our Bodies are Earth, that

Star-seed of Heavens.

Our Souls are Eternal Grace.

Our Spirit is Life In All—-

in everyone, in everything,

God’s Life Itself In All.

The Great Reset is:—-

We are Not Alone.

Life’s a Unity Diverse

throughout the Universe,

creating and evolving,

friendly, hostile, indifferent,

yet ever and always One.

Life Itself is One. All One.
