in blazing sun

and moonlit rain,

emotions

weathered by winds

of loss and gain…

Walk with me

through garbaged lands,

polluted air,

encroaching sands,

water warnings,

ever-increasing

consumer demands…

Walk with me

amidst the stars

on this rolling planet

of endless wars,

insatiable greed,

and constant need,

bonds and bars and battle-scars…

Walk with me

to mystic places

no maps can show…

through sacred spaces

everywhere, nowhere…

seeing unseen Life’s

remembered graces…
